GET READY- A DEPARTURE IS COMING!

Jesus is soon to come. The Bible tells us in the book of Acts 1:11, “Men of Galilee,” they said, “why are you standing here staring into heaven? Jesus has been taken from you into heaven, but someday he will return from heaven in the same way you saw him go” (Acts 1:11 NLT). I don’t know about you but I’m preparing and getting ready to meet my Lord and Savior as we all must do.

What are you doing to get ready? God has the prerequisite in the Word and preacher that’s been called to teach us what we are to do to prepare because, it won’t be no excuses! The Bible says if we do these things we will be saved!Call on Jesus today, while it’s called today. We must make the decision here on this side of the grave. Don’t put it off another day because tomorrow is not promised. In the book of Matthew chapter 28 verse 19, Jesus told us to go into ye into all the world and preach this gospel to every creature. Billy Graham said, “My home is in Heaven, I’m just traveling through this world.In closing, don’t be deceived by the enemy. Just like an airplane prepare for take-off. We must prepare also. Don’t put it off another day. We all must leave this place call earth.

The Bible gives us specific instructions… 

1. We must be born again of the Spirit. (John 3:3)

2. We must believe in our hearts and confess with our mouth the Lord Jesus… (Romans 10:9)

The Bible says if we do these things we will be saved!
