- Take 49 North into Yazoo City.
- Proceed straight on HWY 49E past Pizza Hut.
- Take the first left past Pizza Hut onto Grady Avenue.
- Travel down Grady Avenue to Fifth Street.
- Turn right on Fifth Street and go through 2 stop signs.
- Turn left onto Jackson Avenue. The church is located on the right at 407 Jackson Avenue.
